Dovira (довіра) means trust. We help American and Ukrainian businesses, government agencies, and communities understand Ukraine's recovery — through a vetted, bilingual project directory, educational briefings, and events on both sides of the Atlantic.

Dovira Alliance, Inc. is a Virginia nonprofit organization (501(c)(3) application pending) founded to foster business, economic, cultural, and educational relations between the United States and Ukraine. Dovira (довіра) means trust — and trust is our entire method: every organization vetted before it appears in our directory, every briefing grounded in accurate, verified information.
American and Ukrainian companies, agencies, NGOs, and communities — screened for integrity, track record, and sanctions compliance before appearing in the directory. Educational information only: Dovira does not broker deals or arrange introductions.
Live reconstruction projects across eight industries, an interactive project map of Ukraine, region-by-region investment data, and member access to briefs, documents, and direct collaboration applications.
The free September webinar Planning Ukraine’s Future, the Rebuilding Ukraine Summit in Washington, DC this December, and the Ukrainian Culture Across America series beginning 2027.
Rebuilding destroyed schools, giving rural children access to classrooms, books, and online learning — and introducing Ukraine’s thousand-year culture to American audiences. Commerce is built on understanding.
Working with RE:UKRAINE (media partner and newsletter co-publisher) and Zavtra Project (humanitarian partner for children) — with more partners joining. A monthly newsletter launches this fall.
Join free as a member, apply for collaboration, sponsor the Summit, or propose a partnership. The rebuild needs every kind of ally.
Entering Ukraine's rebuild without reliable information is the single biggest risk American organizations face. Dovira addresses it through education: we verify every organization and project before it appears in our directory, publish briefings and region-by-region data compiled from public sources, and convene events where American and Ukrainian organizations learn together — all on equal terms.
Integrity, track record, and sanctions/compliance screening on every organization and project in the directory — so what you read here means something.
Free webinars, the interactive project map, region-by-region investment data, and Summit programming — the knowledge base for understanding the rebuild.
Membership is free and open to all, and every participant takes part on equal terms. Dovira does not broker deals, arrange private introductions, or match counterparties.
Approved members get project briefs and documents (viewable online or as PDF downloads) and can apply for collaboration on any project — or submit their own request: seeking investment, offering financing, requesting a grant or loan, submitting a proposal, or looking for partners. Every application goes straight to the Dovira team.
Dovira’s cultural and educational work are one program. We support education in Ukraine — rebuilding destroyed schools, donation-funded access for rural children, books, backpacks, and online learning — and we bring Ukrainian culture to America, with the Ukrainian Culture Across America event series beginning in 2027. Partners who understand each other build faster; a generation that stays in school rebuilds better.
