Nazarii Volianskyi leads the Regional Development Agency of Kyiv Oblast — where investment meets the region that is rebuilding. An expert in foreign direct investment, international economics, government relations, and strategic communications with more than ten years of experience, he has previously worked with UNIMOT S.A., UkraineInvest — the Ukrainian government’s investment promotion office — ZPP Ukraine, and the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He holds a PhD in Social Communications from the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, is completing a Master’s degree in Economics, and is a graduate of the FDI Programme at the University of Cambridge’s Møller Institute.

Paul McGonagle is a consultant on international risk management and a former senior executive in the financial services industry — most recently President & CEO of Exporters, an insurance company writing international trade credit and political risk insurance. Before that he was Head of International Credit at Bank One, where he managed the bank’s international credit exposure, served as Korea Country Manager and Regional Manager for Southeast Asia, and as Head of Country Risk led the reduction of the bank’s troubled international portfolio from $3.0 billion to $200 million. He began his career as a U.S. Foreign Service diplomat, serving as Director of Monetary Affairs at the Department of State and as the U.S. government representative to the Paris Club. He holds a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University, an M.A. in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Michigan.

A mechanical engineer, entrepreneur, and international business executive with more than 20 years of professional experience in Ukraine, Fatih Sahin has lived and worked in the country since 2004. His experience spans industrial development, infrastructure, international trade, investment, engineering, and cross-border business, with a focus on Ukraine’s economic transformation, reconstruction, industrial development, international integration, and the country’s long-term opportunities. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from KSE Graduate Business School.

John E. Harrison is the founder and chief executive of Gazuntite, which gives primary care providers in federally qualified health centers, rural health clinics, and tribal health facilities direct access to specialist decision support — a treatment plan back in hours rather than a referral that takes months. The through-line of his career is coordination across systems that were never built to talk to each other: Director of Linked Operations-Intelligence Centers Europe at the Office of the Secretary of Defense (C3I); founder of Ecutel, which built the first secure seamless roaming technology; and founder of Liqwid Networks, connecting first responders — the National Guard, police, FEMA — in real time after 9/11. He founded Gazuntite with cardiologist Dr. Lalit Vadlamani to address the largest structural problem in American healthcare — lack of specialist access — and is now carrying that model abroad, working with Ukrainian medical leadership and in early discussions with Ukraine’s Ministry of Health and its eHealth authority to pilot specialist decision support for rural primary-care clinics.

John Curley brings more than four decades of experience supporting the United States Government as a senior manager, contractor, and consultant, with leadership and advisory roles across U.S. Naval Aviation, the Federal Aviation Administration, the Internal Revenue Service, and the U.S. Department of the Treasury. His work has spanned crisis management, enterprise risk management, strategic planning, and organizational transformation; he has briefed congressional offices on blockchain and digital assets and, as a trained federal mediator, has mediated matters within the Executive Office of the President. Today he advises boards and senior leaders at moments that matter most — transition, risk, scrutiny, and strategic inflection. His executive education includes the Board Director Programme at Cambridge Judge Business School, a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Financial Management from the University of London, and a Master of Administrative Science from Johns Hopkins University.
